Asian Kitchen Cook – Luxury Resort

About the role

Domes Aulus Zante, a 5‑star luxury resort on the island of Zante, is seeking a skilled Cook with a specialty in Asian cuisine. You will join a dynamic culinary team, delivering authentic Asian flavours to guests in a high‑volume, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Asian‑inspired dishes to consistently high standards.
• Manage mise en place and specialty ingredient stock for the Asian kitchen section.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menu development and daily service.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Support fast‑paced service during peak season.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience as a cook specialising in Asian cuisine (Pan‑Asian, Japanese, Thai, or similar).
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and POS systems.
