AI Systems Engineer – Enterprise AI Platform Specialist

About the role

Our team is expanding, and we are hiring an AI Systems Engineer to help drive the adoption, integration, and governance of enterprise AI technologies across the Group Company. You will join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant AI platforms that empower employees and enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and third‑party AI services.
• Design, develop, and manage AI‑powered agents and business automations using OpenAI, Copilot Studio and AWS Agent Core.
• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents—from design and deployment to monitoring, optimisation, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain enterprise AI connectors (Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Google Workspace API, custom ChatGPT apps).
• Deploy and support Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for secure AI‑system integration.
• Implement API integrations, authentication (OAuth, SSO, service accounts) and secure access controls.
• Work with Information Security to enforce AI governance, compliance and data‑protection measures.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Applications or IT Integration.
• Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies (Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, SharePoint).
• Practical experience with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform connectors, OAuth and SSO.
• Experience developing AI agents and automations using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Hands‑on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot and AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles and security controls (DLP, sensitivity labels, compliance frameworks).
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python or similar languages.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and documentation skills.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning.
