AI Application Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Application Engineer to turn AI‑generated prototypes into secure, scalable, production‑ready applications. You will work on the platform layer that enables the Group’s AI‑driven innovations to be deployed across our real‑estate services business.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated applications and assess production readiness.
• Improve architecture, code quality and maintainability.
• Integrate back‑ends such as Supabase, PostgreSQL and FastAPI, and connect third‑party APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, database design and security best practices.
• Deploy applications, manage environments, secrets and release processes.
• Support business teams in overcoming technical limits of AI‑assisted development platforms.
• Define reusable engineering standards, templates and best practices for AI‑assisted development.
• Evaluate emerging AI‑assisted development tools and recommend improvements.
• Provide hands‑on software development when additional engineering work is required.

Required profile

• Solid software development experience with a practical mindset.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt, Windsurf, Replit or similar).
• Experience deploying web applications to production environments.
• Strong understanding of backend development and security principles.
