Ad Sales Specialist (Turkish)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading global digital advertising and social media company to hire a Turkish‑speaking Ad Sales Specialist for its Athens office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first‑contact engagement.
• Initiate conversations with advertisers, quickly establishing relevance and interest.
• Reactivate dormant or under‑developed accounts and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Use consultative, needs‑based selling techniques to identify advertiser challenges.
• Drive revenue by converting engagements into measurable commercial results.
• Handle objections, rejections and re‑engagement scenarios professionally.
• Manage sales pipeline, follow‑ups and opportunities in an organised manner.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital advertising products, tools, platforms and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven outbound or B2B sales experience.
• Native or near‑native Turkish and fluent English.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, revenue and sales targets.
• Good understanding of digital advertising solutions and their commercial positioning.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
