Ad Sales Specialist (German)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Ad Sales Specialist to join a leading global digital advertising and social media company in Athens. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships with advertisers and converting engagements into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first‑contact engagement with advertisers.
• Reactivate dormant or under‑developed accounts and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Use consultative, needs‑based selling techniques to identify advertiser challenges and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow‑ups and opportunities in an organised, disciplined manner.
• Utilise CRM systems, sales enablement tools and dashboards to track customer activity and performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital advertising products, tools, platforms and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven outbound sales, telesales, B2B or digital advertising experience.
• Native or near‑native German language skills and fluent English.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations with prospects and handle objections professionally.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, revenue and sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
