Accountant – Global Client Services

About the role

The Accountant will support TMF Group’s international clients by managing their accounting and tax processes. Working across diverse industries, you will ensure compliance with local regulations and internal procedures while gaining exposure to a variety of financial structures. This role offers the chance to develop technical expertise in a global, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute accounting and tax activities for clients, delivering accurate work within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, upholding TMF’s reputation for service excellence.
• Provide decisive, empathetic customer service following the “Service Promise” guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of client records.
• Extract financial data from legal documents and prepare appropriate journal entries.
• Draft statutory documents for sales, expenses, fixed assets and inventory for senior review.
• Prepare monthly balance‑sheet analysis and support the preparation of income statements and other financial reports.
• Meet statutory and corporate deadlines for each client.
• Assist during statutory or internal audits and support cash‑management activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to execute accounting and tax tasks accurately and on time.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the capacity to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Attention to detail and ability to verify financial information for consistency.
• Organised approach to documentation and filing of client records.
• Willingness to stay informed about regulatory changes affecting clients.
