Accountant – Financial Operations Support

About the role

Priority Quality Consultants is seeking an experienced Accountant to support financial operations within a dynamic team. The position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen accounting expertise in a thriving consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions and invoice entries accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing invoices via the myDATA portal to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns, withholding taxes, and other statutory obligations.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable, bank transactions, and other accounting entries.
• Cross‑check monthly payroll reports for calculation accuracy.
• Maintain a well‑organized digital filing system for corporate records and supporting documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP and the myDATA portal.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• ERP systems (e.g., EnterSoft ERP).
• myDATA portal for invoice management.
• General accounting software proficiency.
