Account Manager – Surgical Solutions

About the role

Vista Novus Ltd is looking for an Account Manager to drive its Surgical Solutions portfolio across the Southern Greece hospital market. The role involves building and expanding relationships with public and private healthcare providers, promoting innovative surgical products, and delivering sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand a sales network within the assigned territory.
• Collect market feedback, analyse data and report sales performance to senior management.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and experts.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in congresses, scientific meetings and training workshops.
• Set and achieve sales targets, and prepare an annual business plan.
• Identify new growth opportunities and drive product adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in medical sales, preferably with general surgery products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel, including occasional trips abroad.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Computer literacy for reporting and CRM usage.
