Account Manager – Specialized Air Conditioning Network

About the role

The Account Manager will drive sales of leading air‑conditioning brands (TCL, Mitsubishi Heavy, Nitto Electric, Mitsubishi Electric) within the residential and light‑commercial segments. Reporting to the commercial team, you will nurture existing accounts and create new partnerships with specialised retailers, engineers and technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for residential and light‑commercial air‑conditioning products.
• Maintain and grow the current customer portfolio.
• Identify and acquire new customers and commercial partners.
• Build strong relationships with industry professionals and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts and track target achievement.
• Participate in sales meetings, corporate events and industry exhibitions.
• Collaborate with commercial and support teams to ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the air‑conditioning sector.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays and occasional abroad trips.
• Dynamic, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a competitive environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
