Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our friendly Customer Service Team in the Industrial Area of Ano Liosia. You will be the main point of contact for our international clients, helping to grow our two successful brands, Milla and Greek Archaic Kori.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with current and potential customers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for international clients.
• Conduct market research and target new opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and manage CRM/ERP data.
• Maintain an accurate CRM database by entering and updating client information.
• Represent the company at international fairs and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion wholesale or sales management.
• Excellent written and oral Greek and English.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Webex.
• Atlantis (Softone) platform.
