Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will act as a strategic partner for construction customers, helping them improve productivity, safety and sustainability through Hilti’s innovative products and services. You will work directly on construction sites, in offices and at production plants, providing hands‑on support and tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales process.
• Present Hilti’s latest tools, software and customized services to customers.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships, advising clients on the best solutions for their projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
• Operate autonomously while benefiting from the backing of a global organization.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in engineering or economics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience or a strong interest in sales.
• Proactive, ambitious and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and a valid driver’s licence.
