Account Manager – Client Engagement & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client partnerships, drive commercial growth, and ensure long‑term success for our customers. You will act as the trusted advisor for C‑level executives, tailoring EPAM’s technology and business services to meet unique client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client relationship, building deep rapport with executives and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership on growth strategies.
• Customize EPAM solutions to align with each client’s business objectives.
• Manage the account P&L, overseeing revenue targets, profitability, and resource forecasting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, acting as the bridge between clients, delivery teams, and business unit heads.
• Support sales and pre‑sales activities, including qualifying opportunities, contributing to RFPs, and preparing proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or technology management.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and cultivating high‑trust client relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing account P&L.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge.
• Understanding of modern technology, enterprise applications, and software development methodologies.
