Account Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Development Manager to grow our business portfolio across Athens, Attica and the Peloponnese. The role combines B2C (80%) and B2B (20%) sales activities, requiring regular visits to tire dealers, industrial customers and professional end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Gather customer information to understand needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
• Develop new leads through market research, trend monitoring, cold calling and appointment setting.
• Maintain and expand relationships with direct and indirect customers, professional end users and dealers.
• Lead the account planning cycle, ensuring customer expectations are met and feedback is closed the loop.
• Create and deliver communication and training programs for sales and marketing teams on new product launches.
• Develop territory sales action plans, allocate time and resources, and maintain mid‑term territory plans.
• Collect competitor intelligence and keep the customer target list up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a multinational environment.
• Advanced English (C2); French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently or within a fast‑paced team.
• Adaptable sales tactics based on client feedback and market changes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (≈5 overnight trips per month).
• University degree in Business, Digital Studies or a related field.
