Accommodation Revenue Manager - Greece

About the role

As an Accommodation Revenue Manager for Greece & Cyprus at TUI Group, you will support business growth and market share by managing hotel availability, sourcing competitive offers, and maintaining strong partner relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Source special offers and discounts for relevant destinations using all sourcing methodologies to ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage availability across assigned destinations, optimise inventory, challenge stop‑sales, request extra allocation and reduce release periods.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to implement strategic pricing decisions that maximise revenue.
• Track availability and offers activity systematically, providing regular reporting and data‑driven insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, offering dedicated support on availability management and pricing strategies.
• Identify corrective actions to maximise sales and profitability, aligning offers with source‑market targets and flight seat availability.

Required profile

• Proven ability to negotiate and influence accommodation partners to achieve commercial results.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking to interpret market and performance data.
• Experience in availability management and yield optimisation.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
