Warehouse Administrator (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Athens headquarters as a Warehouse Administrator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support daily warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute order picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch according to operational requirements.
• Receive incoming goods, perform quantity and quality checks, and record transactions in company systems.
• Maintain organized storage areas following warehouse standards and best practices.
• Prepare e‑delivery notes and other shipping documentation, coordinating shipments with internal and external partners.
• Communicate proactively about shipment schedules, delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, quality standards and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma; additional logistics or supply‑chain education is a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or inventory management.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
