About the role

Join Concentrix Greece as a Turkish‑speaking B2B Sales Representative and help businesses across various sectors grow. You will work with a multicultural team of #GameChangers, delivering memorable experiences to clients of world‑leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
• Closely manage and report on your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Consult with small‑to‑medium sized businesses to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Implement customized sales strategies for each client portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven work experience in sales.
• Fluent in Turkish and a good command of English.
• Strong desire to compete, win and close deals.
• Demonstrated ability to create and close business opportunities.
• Excellent customer communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude with problem‑detection and solving abilities.
