Technical Sales Specialist (Arabic)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Technical Sales Specialist to join a leading global digital advertising and social media company in Athens. The role focuses on helping advertisers adopt, optimise and expand digital advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and map them to appropriate products, features and digital advertising solutions.
• Support advertisers throughout the solution lifecycle, including activation, implementation, optimisation and ongoing improvements.
• Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact and return on ad spend.
• Drive revenue growth through solution adoption, optimisation and expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, SaaS or B2B sales.
• Native or near‑native Arabic and fluent English.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on customer results and revenue growth.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Use of performance dashboards, reporting tools and campaign optimisation platforms.
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting and campaign optimisation.
