Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support its Services division across Europe. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping recruitment strategies for the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement portfolio and other business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to design and execute tailored talent‑attraction strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments of active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines within the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and systems.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness using KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, diversity outcomes, and data integrity.
• Provide transparent communication, reporting, and advisory support to business partners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful sourcing strategies for senior‑level talent.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
