Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Store Manager for our Mango boutique on Ermou Street in Athens. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor actions to exceed sales targets.
• Analyse management indicators and control costs to improve profitability.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the collection and manage stock efficiently.
• Act as a role model, fostering effective communication within the team.
• Recruit, train and integrate new employees smoothly.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff to reach their full potential.
• Organise, prioritise and allocate tasks, optimising resources while minimising expenses.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a dynamic fashion retail store.
• Self‑motivated leader who inspires teamwork and delivers results.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of maximising profitability.
• Organised, tenacious problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
