Senior Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join its dynamic Cyber team in Athens. You will design, develop and support cutting‑edge security solutions for clients across Greece and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security solutions such as network security, infrastructure protection, SIEM, XDR and SOAR platforms.
• Support clients by identifying weaknesses, deploying, configuring and managing cyber‑security tools.
• Conduct threat modelling, security architecture assessments, cloud‑security vulnerability assessments and infrastructure security management.
• Collaborate with global Deloitte experts to continuously improve service offerings.
• Provide technical advisory, planning and delivery for best‑in‑class cybersecurity technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer/Network Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a SOC environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot security and network issues.
• Strong team orientation and customer focus.
