Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable DevOps capabilities for cloud, data, and AI workloads. You will work closely with engineering teams to deliver applications and platforms efficiently and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and create reusable deployment templates.
• Integrate Git repositories, automated testing, security scanning, artifacts, and release workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and multi‑environment deployments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and deployment analytics.
• Apply DevSecOps practices such as secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with Developers, Platform Engineers, AI Engineers, and Operations teams.
• Maintain standards, documentation, and operational runbooks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Greek and English.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and platform engineering practices.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards, Service Connections).
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Azure networking, identity, compute, storage, and security.
• CI/CD pipeline design, Git branching strategies, and release management.
• Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
• Automation scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana.
• Azure Policy, Key Vault, RBAC, and DevSecOps controls.
• Automated testing, code‑quality gates, and deployment validation.
