Sales Executive – Retail Channel (Athens)

About the role

Join us as a Sales Executive and grow within a dynamic global team. We are looking for a proactive individual to drive sales success for Nestlé products across the Retail Channel in Attica.

Key responsibilities

• Improve visibility and ensure stock availability of Nestlé products on shelves.
• Cultivate trustful relationships with store managers and key personnel.
• Execute planned promotions at store level according to customers’ plans.
• Take orders for door‑to‑door customers and negotiate new sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide market feedback.
• Merchandise and control product quality on shelves (expiration dates, FIFO, packaging).
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to achieve results.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing or related field (postgraduate studies or MBA a plus).
• Commercial experience is an asset.
• Results‑focused, proactive, fast learner with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Driving licence is mandatory.
