Sales Executive – Field Sales (Kozani, Greece)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s dynamic Field Sales team in Kozani as a Sales Executive. You will work directly with retail customers, ensuring product availability, visibility, and driving sales growth across the Western Macedonia region.

Key responsibilities

• Visit stores daily to manage product placement, stock levels, and promotional execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers.
• Execute commercial plans and secondary placement opportunities.
• Take orders, monitor FIFO, expiration dates, and packaging quality.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong interest in field‑based sales and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and independent work abilities.
• Proactive, resilient and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Greek and English and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
