Sales Assistant – 12‑Month Temporary Full‑Time (Athens)

About the role

Join adidas as a Sales Assistant at the Factory Outlet in Piraeus Retail Park, Athens. In this 12‑month temporary full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for customers, representing the adidas brand and helping them discover the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, engage and inspire customers while delivering excellent service aligned with adidas values.
• Support merchandise management, including receiving deliveries, stock replenishment and visual presentation.
• Drive sales by applying store KPIs, monitoring performance and suggesting actions to meet targets.
• Complete all required training modules and apply the knowledge on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly store goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 month experience in sales or a customer‑oriented environment (e.g., gastronomy).
• Ability to interpret store KPIs and use them to influence sales.
• Strong communication, teamwork and resilience.
• Eagerness to learn, curiosity and proactive attitude.
