Reporting Analyst – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

Premier Capital Hellas is seeking a Reporting Analyst who will turn raw financial data into actionable insights. You will support business decisions by delivering accurate reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends across its network of McDonald’s restaurants in Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed variance analysis, comparing actual monthly results to forecasts and budgets.
• Identify and monitor KPIs, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations and cross‑functional teams to align goals.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Analyse costs and expenses to uncover savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and forecast potential business impacts.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations.
• Participate in the annual budget process and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare reporting for Premier Capital Limited Group and McDonald’s Corporation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar reporting or financial analysis role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounting principles (Greek GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Entersoft and Microsoft Navision.
• Working knowledge of databases.
