Polish‑Speaking Transportation Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for fluent Polish speakers to join our Transportation Customer Experts team in Greece. You will assist truck and bus owners with inquiries, breakdown support, and service coordination, helping keep goods and passengers moving safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, aiming for case‑closed resolutions.
• Create and manage assistance cases in the CRM system, verifying customer, vehicle, location and coverage details.
• Coordinate with dealers, technicians, or third‑party providers when on‑site assistance is required.
• De‑escalate issues, propose solutions within set parameters, or refer to higher‑level support.
• Provide information on product, technical, and corporate matters while fostering client loyalty.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship database and follow up on contacts.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Polish and good communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic awareness of automotive roadside‑assistance procedures.
• Experience with knowledge‑management or ticketing systems is preferred.
• Previous call‑center or mail‑handling experience is a plus.
