Medical Information & Adverse Event Intake Specialist (Estonian/English)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team within a global pharmaceutical safety services leader. You will provide medical information and adverse event support to healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring high‑quality safety data handling across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries and product support (non‑sales).
• Receive, triage, review and process lifecycle safety operational data, including data entry, medical terminology coding, narrative writing and query generation.
• Perform quality control, reconciliation, case closure and coordinate translations of safety information.
• Document incoming calls and emails from investigative sites and other sources reporting safety data.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor junior staff and lead training initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, identify issues and propose solutions.
• Participate in training, working groups and implementation of new lifecycle safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Life Sciences degree.
• Fluent written and verbal skills in Estonian (C2/native), English and an additional language (minimum C1).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships.
