Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Concentrix Greece as a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative and provide memorable support to a diverse portfolio of global brands. You will work in a multicultural, fast‑paced call‑center environment, handling inbound interactions in Mandarin and English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails and live‑chat sessions from customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver accurate and complete information.
• Build sustainable, trust‑based relationships through clear communication.
• Meet personal and team performance targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, process accounts and file documentation.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Fluent in Mandarin with a good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs and ability to understand varied behaviours.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
• Strong written skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance.
