Loyalty Specialist – Consumer Loyalty & CRM

About the role

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking a results‑driven Loyalty Specialist to support the growth of a consumer loyalty ecosystem. The role focuses on delivering loyalty initiatives that boost retention, increase engagement, and create exceptional brand experiences through data‑driven marketing and CRM activations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day loyalty rewards programme operations, ensuring smooth execution, accurate mechanics, content, offers and customer journeys aligned with business strategy.
• Drive member acquisition, engagement and retention through targeted campaigns, personalised communications and relevant rewards across CRM, website, app and other digital channels.
• Coordinate CRM and loyalty campaign deployment, guaranteeing timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor loyalty programme performance and KPIs, preparing regular insights and recommendations based on consumer behaviour and campaign results.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality loyalty experiences and communications on time.
• Support the development and implementation of programme enhancements, member journeys, rewards and engagement mechanics using data, consumer insights, testing and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programmes, digital marketing or a related commercial function.
• Hands‑on experience managing loyalty and CRM platforms with a proven track record of delivering programmes, campaigns and consumer journeys.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyse customer data, campaign performance and loyalty KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
