Life Sciences Business Consultant

About the role

EY Aqurance is seeking a Life Sciences Business Consultant to support pharmaceutical and biotech clients in Greece. You will help organisations improve commercial processes, adopt modern digital platforms and generate business value through structured analysis and problem‑solving. The role offers exposure to international projects, advanced technology and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Life Sciences clients to understand business objectives and deliver tailored digital solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on commercial processes, digital transformation and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison between customers, project teams and third‑party partners.
• Support account growth through strategic planning, customer‑success initiatives and identification of new business opportunities.
• Analyze business requirements, design solutions and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver technology and transformation programs.
• Guide customers in optimizing commercial operations, customer engagement and platform utilization.
• Oversee project governance, release management, resource planning and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of consulting, business analysis, project management or digital transformation experience within the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech commercial processes, customer‑engagement models and relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of Veeva commercial cloud, Salesforce or comparable Life Sciences platforms.
