Life Sciences Business Consultant

About the role

EY is seeking a Life Sciences Business Consultant to join its EY Aqurance team in Greece. You will work with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, helping them modernise commercial processes through digital transformation and advanced technology.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with pharma and biotech organisations to understand business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Life Sciences commercial processes, digital transformation and industry best practices.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the primary liaison between customers, project teams and third‑party partners.
• Support account growth through strategic planning, customer‑success initiatives and identification of new business opportunities.
• Analyse business requirements, design solutions and lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver technology and transformation programmes.
• Guide customers in optimising commercial operations, customer engagement and platform utilisation.
• Oversee project governance, release management, resource planning and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of consulting, business analysis, project management or digital transformation experience within the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech commercial processes, customer‑engagement models and relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of Veeva commercial cloud, Salesforce or similar platforms.
