About the role

Sardelas Petsa Law Firm, a leading legal firm in Greece, is seeking a passionate lawyer to join its Energy and Public Procurement Department as a Junior Associate. The role involves supporting the department’s work on energy projects and public procurement matters.

Key responsibilities

Conduct and support legal due‑diligence reviews for energy and public procurement transactions.
Review contractual, corporate and other legal documents to ensure compliance.
Prepare legal memoranda, opinions and related documentation for senior counsel.

Required profile

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
1–3 years of professional experience in a legal environment.
Good knowledge of civil, commercial and administrative law, including relevant statutes and case law.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency with computers, including standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and legal research tools.
