IT Solution Sales Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for a results‑driven IT Solution Sales Manager to join its Southeast European Data Center Solution Sales team in Athens, Greece. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, shaping and executing sales strategies for Huawei’s IT infrastructure portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales support including quotations, network design, proposals and testing for IT infrastructure solutions.
• Promote the full range of Huawei IT products and solutions to targeted enterprise customers.
• Identify, develop and close business opportunities in storage, virtualization, cloud and data‑center domains.
• Coordinate with post‑sales and R&D teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management of customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collect and analyse market and competitor information to support business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Technology, Information Technology, Communication Technology or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT, Storage or Data Center sales.
• Strong technical understanding of storage, virtualization, cloud and server solutions.
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and ability to translate technical value into business benefits.
