International HR Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our international team and act as the key liaison between employees and our clients across Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg and other EU countries. The role is hybrid, primarily remote with occasional on‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare new employee files, onboarding documentation and manage visa/work permit issuance.
• Design training plans for consultants and coordinate with training providers.
• Organise progress meetings with clients and participate in employee development and evaluation processes.
• Oversee completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
• Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, including scheduling interviews, collecting employment and tax information, and handling employee requests, complaints and grievance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources or a related social science discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in an organized HR department, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation skills and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong plus.
