Greek-Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join the Avis Customer Experts team in Greece and provide top‑notch support to car‑rental customers. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries via phone, email and other channels, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls or emails in Greek, delivering accurate and helpful responses.
• Process customer requests promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage complaints with patience, empathy, and effective problem‑solving.
• Guide customers through processes, troubleshooting, and navigation of the company’s online services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Prior customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Fluent Greek (spoken and written) and good command of English.
• Additional language skills and knowledge of car‑rental or leasing are assets.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work flexible shifts.
