German Speaking Outbound Sales And Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Outbound Sales and Service Specialist to join Concentrix’s Athens team. You will support customers in the financial services sector, handling both inbound and outbound calls, advising on product upgrades and financial solutions, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers and leads as part of sales and service campaigns.
• Advise customers on suitable product upgrades and financial solutions, guiding them through the decision process.
• Execute product upgrades, ensure compliant communication, and support customers in completing pending application steps.
• Meet personal and team performance targets, including call handling quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
• Support additional sales or telemarketing activities as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer support or client service roles.
• Strong focus on customer needs, problem‑solving and active listening.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance.
