French‑Speaking Customer Support Agent – Remote in Greece with Relocation

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team. The position is fully remote within Greece, allowing you to work from anywhere in the country while providing high‑quality service to our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, and email in French.
• Answer product‑related questions, process orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Follow established processes, quality standards, and documentation procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level French.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, structured international environment.
