About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our global team operating from Greece. The position can be performed remotely or onsite depending on the project, offering a flexible start to an international career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer support in French via phone, email and chat.
• Answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Deliver accurate information about products and services.
• Document all interactions using internal systems.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction scores while adhering to quality standards.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and good computer literacy.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
