Digital Account Manager

About the role

FCB GNOMI is seeking a performance‑oriented Digital Account Manager to join its Client Service team. You will work with major Greek and global brands, handling day‑to‑day client interactions and coordinating digital projects across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and coordinate digital projects with internal teams and third‑party vendors.
• Plan, develop and oversee multi‑platform digital campaigns, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Collaborate with performance teams to launch, monitor and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Track campaign KPIs, analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to social media and content strategy development alongside creative teams.
• Prepare briefs, digital plans, budgets, reports and client presentations.
• Stay current with digital trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital Account Management, preferably in an agency.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset and collaborative attitude.
