Cyber Security SOC Manager

About the role

Deloitte Cyber is seeking a senior Cyber Security SOC Manager to lead its Security Operations Center. In this role you will shape and deliver cutting‑edge security services for high‑profile clients across multiple industries, ensuring the protection of people, data and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day SOC activities, including incident monitoring, detection, assessment and reporting.
• Design and implement best‑in‑class security operational, architectural and engineering solutions.
• Oversee resource allocation and service delivery for the SOC team, initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with clients to align security strategies with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a SOC environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and a well‑rounded personality capable of handling shifting client priorities.
