About the role

Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join its Customer Excellence team in Paiania. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels, strengthening long‑term customer relationships and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and social media.
Record and update customer information in the company’s CRM system.
Process and resolve customer complaints following established procedures.
Conduct outbound calls throughout the customer lifecycle.
Work scheduled shifts aligned with the Customer Service operating hours.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience in a call‑center environment.
Experience in the energy sector or service provision is a plus.
Flexible availability for shift work.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Good overall technology literacy.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM software.
Competent use of PC and standard software applications.
Familiarity with telephone systems and call‑handling tools.
