CRM Project Manager

About the role

Deloitte Digital is seeking a CRM Project Manager to lead modern CRM engagements for our clients. You will translate client goals into actionable project plans, collaborate across global teams, and ensure successful delivery from business case to production rollout and hypercare.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, applying Waterfall or Agile methodologies as appropriate.
• Define project scope with clients, aligning technical solutions to business objectives.
• Estimate effort, forecast budgets, and allocate resources to meet project requirements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication and strong relationships.
• Coordinate project teams, remove obstacles, and keep plans on track.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, especially around data migration, integrations, and user adoption.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and clients.

• Proven experience delivering complex CRM projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
