Country Manager – Greece

About the role

Lead Daqo’s entry and growth in the rapidly transforming Greek energy market. You will define the commercial strategy, build strategic partnerships with utilities, EPC contractors, renewable developers and industrial clients, and position Daqo’s smart energy and power‑distribution solutions as the preferred choice for Greece’s energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market entry and expansion in Greece, owning P&L and business development.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as HEDNO, IPTO, major industrial players, and renewable project developers.
• Drive adoption of Daqo’s solutions for solar farms, wind projects, grid stability, and industrial power distribution.
• Represent Daqo at industry events, government discussions, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with headquarters to ensure product adaptation, competitive pricing, and compliance with Greek and EU regulations.
• Monitor local energy policies, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate.
• 7+ years of experience in energy, power systems, or industrial B2B sales/business development in Greece.
• Strong understanding of Greece’s energy landscape, utilities, regulatory framework, and key projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with large‑scale infrastructure players.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑driven and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
