About the role
A well-established and expanding construction company operating in the public works and commercial infrastructure sectors in Athens is seeking a dedicated Civil Site Manager. The company fosters a collaborative, safety‑first culture and is committed to delivering high‑quality, large‑scale engineering projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising daily construction site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
- Ensuring all site work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Managing project timelines, site resources, and material deliveries.
- Monitoring project budgets and tracking site progress against schedules.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and technical personnel.
- Preparing regular progress reports and site documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5+ years of experience in civil buildings construction site supervision or site management.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, written and spoken.
