Business Development Manager

About the role

DigitalUp is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth for its 360° digital agency. You will act as a consultant, understanding client objectives, challenges and digital maturity, and propose solutions that deliver measurable business value. The role involves building relationships with decision‑makers and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients and create new business opportunities.
• Build and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Research and profile target companies, industries and decision‑makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present DigitalUp’s capabilities.
• Develop consultative proposals and manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Strategy, Development and e‑Commerce teams.
• Monitor market developments, competitors and emerging digital trends.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Account Development.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication in Greek and English.
• Interest in digital marketing, e‑commerce and AI technologies.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management tools.
• Knowledge of Magento, Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and SEO techniques.
