Team Leader B2B Sales

About the role

The Team Leader, B2B Sales will guide and support a high‑performing sales team to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Based in our Athens office, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure accurate CRM data, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up‑to‑date CRM records.
• Monitor productivity, conduct performance reviews and deliver ongoing coaching.
• Analyse performance data, market trends and customer insights to shape sales strategies.
• Manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities and communicate results.
• Coordinate incentives, SPIF programs and cross‑functional initiatives to improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver training and development focused on customer success and revenue retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of High Performance Selling methodologies.
• Results‑driven, analytically proficient and strategically minded.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environments with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2) and Spanish or Italian (C1).
• Willingness to work onsite in Athens.
