Solution Assessment Consultant – Polish Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Solution Assessment Consultant to join Concentrix Greece. In this role you will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to guide customers through solution assessments, migration planning and cost estimation for leading cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical expert for solution assessment execution and support customers using first‑party and third‑party ISV assessment tools.
• Prepare technical insights, security designs and optimal migration paths, and build consumption plans.
• Confirm implementation requirements, calculate pricing and provide accurate cost projections.
• Align and hand over migration plans to partners or account teams.
• Achieve monthly targets for the number of solution assessments delivered.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in solution sales or pre‑sales.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s in IT, Communications or Marketing preferred.
• Strong customer communication, self‑motivation and a competitive mindset.

Required skills

• Azure cloud platform knowledge.
