About the role

Wolt is looking for a Sales Support Associate to join its Sales Support team. In this role you will help ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience for merchant partners by managing menu data, conducting quality checks, providing training, and supporting operational needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead updates and improvements to restaurant menus and retail assortments on the Wolt platform.
  • Conduct regular quality and satisfaction assessments to maintain Wolt service standards.
  • Train partner venues on using Wolt’s portal and equipment.
  • Assist Account Management and Merchant teams with administrative tasks, coordination, and performance‑boosting initiatives.
  • Resolve technical issues related to merchant operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, and own projects that enhance partner satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for new and existing partners.

Required profile

  • Detail‑oriented and organized.
