About the role
Four Seasons Resort Mykonos is looking for a Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation across the new luxury resort. The role will be based in Athens and will work closely with the sales and reservations teams to maximise profitability and market share.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse business data to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies for rooms, villas and suites.
- Oversee distribution channels and ensure system efficiency.
- Produce accurate forecasts and conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to align revenue goals.
- Support strategic decision‑making to drive profitability.

- Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
