About the role

Sardelas Petsa Law Firm, a leading legal firm in Greece, is seeking a passionate lawyer to join its Energy and Public Procurement Department as a Junior Associate. The role involves supporting the department’s work on energy projects and public procurement matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct and support legal due‑diligence reviews for energy and public procurement transactions.
  • Review contractual, corporate and other legal documents to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare legal memoranda, opinions and related documentation for senior counsel.

Required profile

  • Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a legal environment.
  • Good knowledge of civil, commercial and administrative law, including relevant statutes and case law.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with computers, including standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and legal research tools.
